Holly is a graduate of the D'arcy Lane College of Massage Therapy and has been licensed with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2006.
She also attended the College of Acupuncture and Therapeutics, where she studied Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, the effects of qi and five element theory. She is licensed to practice Acupuncture under the Scope of Practice of Massage Therapy, which can be defined as the assessment of the soft tissue and joints of the body and the treatment and prevention of physical dysfunction and pain of the soft tissue and joints by manipulation to develop, maintain, rehabilitate or augment physical function, or relieve pain (Massage Therapy Act, 1991).
Holly specializes in TMJ Dysfunction in helping to restore mobility and function of the imbalanced tempomandibular joint, which can attribute to headaches, neck pain and vertigo.
She also specializes in Manual Lymph Drainage and is a Level 2 certified practitioner through the Dr. Vodder School, International Academy.
Holly also has additional training in group fitness instruction, core strength, resistance training and individual conditioning.
